Record the R/A number provided by the representative you speak with, if applicable.
Record the Serial Number of your firearm BEFORE you send it.
Send the complete firearm with all accessories, in the original packaging, unless instructed otherwise by the repair facility. If you no longer have the original packaging, advise the repair center for direction as to how to proceed.
Pack your Firearm for safety and to prevent further damage during transit.
Sender MUST prepay freight; C.O.D. shipments will NOT be accepted.
It is recommended that you insure the shipment with the carrier, as LSI and/or the WARRANTY CENTER are NOT responsible for LOSS or DAMAGE during shipment.
Items that cannot be repaired will be replaced, only. No credit will be given for defective merchandise (unless a replacement is unavailable due to inventory depletion, a current production equivalent will be provided for replacement).
No replacement merchandise will be given until LSI receives the defective merchandise. Upon receipt of R/A, a replacement will be given.

Legacy Sports International offers a 100% Lifetime Warranty to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER on all HOWA rifles for manufacturer defects. The HOWA Rifle 100% Lifetime Warranty covers faulty, defective, or broken parts due to manufacturing, and provides repair or replacement at no additional cost.
Legacy Sports International requires an original receipt, and that the firearm be registered with Legacy Sports International. All HOWA rifles purchased in the U.S. on or after January 1, 2017 are covered by this offer.
The HOWA 100% Lifetime Warranty is not transferable.

Once the item is received, and it is determined to have a manufacturer’s defect, it will be repaired, replaced. If you return an item for any reason that is not a factory fault, a repair estimate will be offered before proceeding.

LIFETIME WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
LEGACY SPORTS INTERNATIONAL EXCLUDES AND WILL NOT PAY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER THIS WARRANTY. INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE MEANS ANY LOSS, EXPENSE, OR OTHER DAMAGE THAT CANNOT BE REMEDIED BY EITHER REPAIRING ANY DEFECT IN THE FIREARM OR BY REPLACING THE FIREARM. THIS WARRANTY ALSO EXCLUDES ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, TO INCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
Furthermore, no individual or entity other than Legacy Sports International possesses the authority to alter the obligations, limitations, disclaimers, or exclusions under this warranty. Legacy Sports International’s obligations under this warranty shall not apply to the extent that any law, regulation, or other governmental requirements prohibits the repair, replacement and, or, return of a firearm to the person who shipped the firearm to Legacy Sports International. The Purchaser, in order to achieve eligibility under this warranty, must complete and submit the product registration card at www.legacysports.com/howa-lifetime-warranty. Purchaser must be able to produce, on request, Purchaser’s original sales receipt for the firearm that clearly indicates that Purchaser is the original purchaser at retail.
Legacy Sports International warrants to the original purchaser of a new HOWA rifle from Legacy Sports International in the U.S., that such firearm shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of time that the purchaser originally owns that HOWA rifle. All HOWA rifles purchased in the U.S. on or after January 1, 2017 are covered by this offer.
This warranty lasts as long as you own your HOWA rifle. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the HOWA rifle.
Under this HOWA Lifetime Warranty, the purchaser’s remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the firearm. Legacy Sports International will not provide cash, credit, or refund. Nor will Legacy Sports International return any parts that it replaced. In its sole discretion, Legacy Sports International shall repair or replace the HOWA rifle if the purchaser submits a valid warranty claim. If Legacy Sports International opts to replace the HOWA rifle, Legacy Sports International will keep the firearm that it replaces.
Legacy Sports International does not warrant against any type of defect to the firearm that HOWA did not cause, including but not limited to:
- Failure to provide proper care and maintenance
- Accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Barrel obstruction
- Hand loaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition
- Unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you MUST register your rifle’s serial number with Legacy Sports International and complete a return authorization form. You can do this by calling our toll-free phone number, or visiting our website.
Once your product is received by our Returns Department, an E-mail notification will be sent to inform you that the product has been received and has been placed into our service system. All firearms serviced will include a service report from the gunsmith who performed the repair work. Each report will detail the issues discovered, if any, what corrections were made, what parts were repaired or replaced and how many test fire rounds were successfully put through the firearm prior to return. Once your item has been serviced, you will receive an email notification that the firearm or product is shipping back to you.
NOTE: Service time frame may vary due to service queue and availability of parts from foreign manufacturers.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
